Aufgabe
- You provide our mobile customers with comprehensive technical and operational expertise of wholesale mobile roaming enablement subjects both before and after the sale process
- Create tailored presentation materials to effectively present our wholesale mobile roaming enablement solutions
- In close collaboration with technical and commercial teams, you develop innovative service concepts and go-to-market strategies
- You manage, monitor, and report on pre-sales and post-sales wholesale mobile roaming enablement projects
- You act as a central interface between customers, sales teams, product management, and other departments.
- You are responsible for processing and tracking orders
- You support operational business activities (e.g. Service Management) after the sales process
Profil
- You have in-depth knowledge of mobile telecommunications technologies and roaming solutions
- You have already been successful in roles such as sales support, product management, or project management
- You impress with excellent communication, consulting, and presentation skills in German and English. French skills are an advantage
- You have experience in managing complex projects
- You feel comfortable in a multinational environment
