What MagentaTV data do we process?

Your media receiver and our servers exchange certain authorization and usage information with each other. This is done so that we can provide you with your MagentaTV services in the best possible way and bill you correctly.

For this purpose, we store the MagentaTV services that we provide to you at the respective current time. In addition, we generate statistical evaluations based on pseudonymous user data in order to continuously improve our MagentaTV service for you. You can object to the analysis of your data at any time.

In addition, we only use your usage data if you have given us your consent to do so. Here, too, you can revoke your consent at any time.

Is the data passed on to third parties?

As a matter of principle, data that allows conclusions to be drawn about the user is not passed on to third parties. After anonymization, we will pass on statistical data to our content and media service providers on the basis of contractual agreements and the Media State Treaty.
