What rights do you have as a customer?
Data privacy is your fundamental right. This means you alone decide whether and how we are allowed to use your data. And even if you've granted consent for us to use it, your personal information remains under your own control.
You have the right to request information about the extent and use of your data at any time, as well as demand corrections and deletions or revoke a consent you have granted. And no one can charge you a single cent for this. And that's good!

How do we help you to protect your data?
We have integrated opt-out or opt-in solutions in many of our products.
Opt-out means that usage data is transmitted by default but can be disabled at any time simply by swiping or ticking a box. Opt-in means that usage data will not be transmitted unless you expressly consented to it, which means that no pre-ticked boxes are being used.
If you have not yet used these options, but would like to do so, you can do that at any time by using our Opt-out Service.
The cookies we are using on our websites work according to these principles. When you access one of these sites for the first time, you will always be asked for your consent to the storage of cookies. All the cookies that are not necessary for using the site can be switched of here.

And sometimes even our products themselves protect your privacy. Like our newest router models. They change your IP addresses continually, making it difficult for website operators to track your activities on the Internet.
