The results of the annual Leading Employer study confirm: Deutsche Telekom is not only one of Germany’s top employers, we are also leading in the telecommunications sector.
Each year, the independent Institute of Research & Data Aggregation conducts a comprehensive survey of more than 100,000 companies to measure their attractiveness as employers. The survey is based on a so-called meta-analysis which combines a wide range of sources , feedback and issues covering all aspects of employers. This data drawn from multiple studies is then statistically analyzed so that the companies can be ranked in different categories.
