We will prepare you for your start at Deutsche Telekom during your first week with us. You’ll find out more about the strategy of becoming the leading digital telco, receive a comprehensive overview of Deutsche Telekom’s work, learn how to use useful tools, and receive tips so you can get started right away.

Month 3-6: Think different

Having courage and taking the initiative to leave your comfort zone are the only ways to spur on growth. You’ll decide the topics you would like to explore in more depth. This can either be within or outside your specialist field. And we constantly support you with a wide network.

2 x 3 months: Deep dive

During these project assignments, you will learn everything about sales, strategy, business, as well as innovation – and all while working on specific tasks in your specialist field. Together with your team, you'll develop solutions for current business requirements.

Month 1-3: Get started

Your first project assignment in Bonn will last for three intense months and provide you with plenty of information and contacts for your network. You will get to know our company and your team. You will be able to focus on your strengths from day one: Your first project in your specialist field awaits you.

International assignments

Leading digital telco – without international experience? Of course not! That’s why you will spend at least three months abroad. You can also choose to explore a project more closely – either in Germany or abroad – for a period of six months.

Customer assignment

Be close to the customer and learn the operations. With the context of service days, you'll gain direct insights into the work taking place in our call centers, in Deutsche Telekom shops, in the field service unit, or our service centers. You can also turn our customers into fans!
