We’re here for you from your very first day. With the help of your personal buddy, the Onboarding app, and our Central Welcome Event for onboarding, you can gain some initial insights into our company and get to know your team. We look forward to meeting you.
We offer you guidance for your first few weeks – right from the moment you sign your contract. In addition to a checklist that will help you get prepared, you will find a huge amount of information in the Onboarding app about Deutsche Telekom, your department, our values, our training programs, and much more.
Your manager will assign a member of your future team as your buddy, who will answer all your questions and show you how the team works. This might include which tools are used for collaboration and what the team’s biggest priorities are. Thanks to this, getting started at the company is made easy and you will soon feel part of the Magenta family.
Our Board of Management regularly welcomes new employees at our international Central Welcome Event, which is held virtually. You can expect to gain some insights into our strategy and latest topics. It’s something to look forward to – plus everything else on the program for the event, in which you can interactively switch between different topics and networking opportunities.
