All you need to do is assess your skills and identify potential skill gaps. You will then receive suggestions on suitable development measures helping you close those skill gaps. All of this is regularly discussed with your manager, so you are well prepared for future challenges and can systematically pursue your career goals.

Learning from Experts (LEX) is the largest learning and exchange community in Deutsche Telekom.
