What does a traineeship at Corporate Communications offer?

The program provides professional training across all areas of communication, both in traditional media and PR work, and in content creation. You will receive a thorough introduction, particularly to technical and organizational processes.

What is the difference between an internship, a traineeship, and a trainee program?

The biggest difference is that an internship is completed as part of a degree program.
A traineeship at Corporate Communications is something you do after graduating from a degree in communications studies in order to acquire the skills needed to take on a position of responsibility within Corporate Communications.
As trainee at the Start up! Program, university graduates get involved in a variety of projects within the company and train as experts or managers.

We guarantee you extensive autonomy, agility, and the freedom to structure your work individually, as well as tailored further training opportunities to help you write your own personal success story with Deutsche Telekom. The Corporate Communications traineeship, together with our support, has enabled our former trainees to go on to find above-average positions and get their professional future off to a flying start.

At Telekom you also receive an attractive salary.

Bachelor’s degree program:

1st year of training: EUR 2,150
2nd year of training: EUR 2,400

Master’s degree program:

1st year of training: EUR 2,450
2nd year of training: EUR 2,700

As part of our traineeship program, you spend 24 months training to become a communications professional – even faster if you already have a Master’s degree, in just 18 months.

Work-life balance is important to us! Your working week is 34 hours. Organize your time flexibly and work remotely to suit you.
