Nadine´s ambition: Driving Digital Innovation

Nadine is a key figure at Telekom as she has long-time experience in sales, marketing, and project management. Recognized as a top 10 finalist in the Digital Female Leader awards, Nadine is celebrated for her pioneering efforts in digital transformation and her commitment to diversity. At Telekom, Nadine organizes the "Digital Wave" event series and champions the development of innovative digital solutions across the organization.

As a project manager, Nadine is committed to future-proof digitalization that focuses on aligning technology with human needs and promoting diversity.

What is your role as Project Manager for Digitalization & Technology?

Nadine: I serve as the interface to our employees and customers. Our goal is to inform and inspire our stakeholders on how to digitize our internal processes in a future-proof manner. I am responsible for the "Digital Wave" initiative, which aims to educate and inspire our employees on all aspects of digitalization and innovation culture. To achieve this, we organize various training sessions and events, connecting experts within Telekom across departmental boundaries and consistently aligning our content with a people-centered approach. In every context, we emphasize that technology is made by and for people. In my opinion, accessibility and diversity are crucial factors for good digital solutions.

How do you engage stakeholders in future-proof digitalization processes?

Nadine: In everything we do, we focus on our customers and tailor our offerings to the needs of our target groups. In our digitalization workshops, we identify automation potentials together with our customers. We find repetitive tasks that can be be automated, saving costs and increasing efficiency. Additionally, we actively involve our customers and employees in our events and present new technologies and trends in a "by colleagues for colleagues" approach. In this way, we connect experts within Telekom across departmental boundaries and foster joint projects to future-proof our company.

How crucial is digitalization in achieving ESG* goals?

Nadine: Digitalization is increasingly important in many aspects of life and serves as a crucial lever for achieving our ESG goals. Whether it's creating transparency about resource consumption, saving paper through process digitalization, or compensating for resource consumption, digitalization plays a vital role. We aim to raise awareness and critically engage with digitalization. Therefore, I am particularly committed to fostering an open dialogue and a culture of empowerment.
