The study
Each year, the independent Institute of Research & Data Aggregation examines the employer attractiveness of more than 200,000 companies. A comprehensive meta-analysis uses various sources, feedback, and reports about employers. Consequently, this analysis is based on a large number of studies, statistical evaluations, and assessments in various categories.
The key to success
There is no doubt that our committed employees play a central role and make a significant contribution to our success. As an employer, we also do everything we can to achieve our aspirations concerning responsibility, sustainability, and attractiveness. We are delighted that our commitment is also reflected in the “Employer Quality”, “Employee Satisfaction,” and “Benefits” categories in the latest meta-study.
