Roxana started her Telekom journey in Telekom Romania, where she rolled out few online innovation projects, after building her experience in areas like Regulatory Affairs, PMO, New Business, Residential Segment and ICT. 2013 is a year that brought her to Berlin, where she got immediately fascinated by the Telekom Innovation Laboratories (T-Labs) and the multitude of opportunities powered by new technologies, research & development. The trigger for innovation is the human passion for experimentation and progress. Starting from this, Roxana will bring on inspirational stories from innovation field and capture the factors that help ideas come to life.
