- Smart, highly compliant service center
- Presentation at CeBIT
T-Systems has added the ServiceNow service management to its cloud offer to enable digitization and automation of entire business processes. That makes Deutsche Telekom's systems solution unit the only company in the EU to offer the service specialist's end-to-end portfolio as a managed service from its own cloud – highly secure and in line with strict compliance policies. T‑Systems will present the ServiceNow platform at CeBIT in Hanover from March 20 - 24.
ServiceNow specializes in digitizing and automating entire processes at a company, from providing role-specific IT to the employees and human resources management to the legal review process for contracts. This simplifies tedious processes like integrating new employees into a company, making them considerably more efficient and user-friendly. The service provided from the highly secure German T-Systems cloud complies with the strictest German data privacy regulations. It is perfect for large companies as well as insurance providers and banks with high compliance restrictions on handling sensitive business and customer data. ServiceNow does not have access to this data through their processing in the T-Systems cloud. T-Systems manages the solution and provides support exclusively from Germany.
Companies often get started with ServiceNow by using the IT service management or IT operations management features. However, the platform can also function as an end-to-end management center for internal and external service inquiries along a company's entire added-value chain and can be applied in areas such as customer service management, marketing and cross-departmental matters such as security operations, governance, risk and compliance (GRC) or facility and asset management (see illustration).
The service comes with all essential features from databases, analysis and reporting tools and security features to a user-friendly self-service portal that provides transparent access to all connected systems and processes. The portal can be accessed on the user's desktop computer as well as mobile devices. The platform integrates all of the user's systems and, as a platform as a service, also provides the perfect basis for service applications develop in-house.
