Pay only for what you use with Xtra

  • Five new add-on options for Deutsche Telekom's prepaid customers
  • Full cost control and high flexibility
  • Offers available with all Xtra rates

Deutsche Telekom is making yet another addition to its Xtra offering. Five new add-on options give prepaid customers an opportunity to achieve even greater tariff flexibility - without contract commitment and with full control over their costs. The building block system means that in the end customers only pay for what they actually use. The Xtra Mobile Flat rate enables customers to make as many phone calls as they like to Deutsche Telekom's mobile network for EUR 9.95 a month. The Xtra Fixed Flat , also costing EUR 9.95, offers unlimited calls into Germany's fixed network. With the Xtra 60 option, Deutsche Telekom customers can make calls to all German networks for 60 minutes per month. The charge for this option is EUR 4.95. Customers who prefer writing to talking can book the Xtra SMS 60 option and send up to 60 text messages a month to all German networks for EUR 4.95. With the Xtra DataFlat rate for EUR 4.95 a month, Deutsche Telekom offers newcomers to the mobile Internet 50 megabytes of surfing and e-mail at speeds of up to 3.6 Mbit/s. The five add-on options will be available to all Xtra customers from September 4. Xtra Triple - No-contract triple flat tariff In June, Deutsche Telekom launched Xtra Triple, a smartphone tariff comprising a triple flat rate without a fixed contract term. It gives customers a voice and messaging flat rate into Deutsche Telekom's mobile network for EUR 9.95 a month. In addition, the plan comes with a data flat rate for mobile Internet or e-mail at speeds of up to 7.2 Mbit/s for the first 100 megabytes in each case. Deutsche Telekom offers all Xtra customers who already own a smartphone the Xtra card with the Xtra Triple and triple flat rates as a SIM-only option.
