  • Number of Entertain all-in-one packages reduced to two as of March: Entertain Comfort from EUR 44.95 and Entertain Premium from EUR 49.95
  • Flexible pay-TV portfolio: bookable at any time, can be terminated on a monthly basis.

Deutsche Telekom is simplifying the package structure of its Entertain TV offer. From April 2010, new customers can choose between Entertain Comfort (from EUR 44.95 per month) and Entertain Premium (from EUR 49.95). Entertain Pur (from EUR 27.95 per month) remains available for customers who don’t need Internet access.

Entertain Comfort and Entertain Premium include a telephone flat rate for calls to the German fixed network, a high-speed DSL flat rate, and TV with about 70 channels. They also offer all the innovative Entertain features such as time-shift television, the online video library, the personal video recorder and the program manager for programming via PC and mobile phone. The Entertain Premium package also includes nine additional television stations, e.g., TNT film, RTL Crime, Sci Fi, AXN, Sat.1 Comedy and Kinowelt TV. The Entertain contract term is 24 months.

In addition, Deutsche Telekom is offering many new TV channel packages from March 8, 2010, which can also be ordered at any time using the Entertain menu. All packages have a minimum contract term of one month and can be terminated at any time after that. This flexible pay-TV portfolio enables every Entertain customer to add groups of channels as desired (e.g., movie, sports, documentary, lifestyle and special-interest channels) to the range of programs available. The prices of individual TV packages range from EUR 2.95 to EUR 5.95 and are paid via the telephone bill.

The "Film" package contains top-quality movie and serial channels like 13th Street, Kinowelt TV, Sci Fi, AXN and TNT Serie. The "Sport" package gives Entertain customers access to top international sports on ESPN America, Eurosport 2 and Extreme Sports Channel. The "Doku" package includes the History Channel, Discovery Channel and National Geographic. The "Kinder" package offers great entertainment for the whole family with the Disney Channel, Cartoon Network and many more. The "Lifestyle" package includes such channels as Romance TV, RTL Living and E! Entertainment. Sophisticated adult entertainment is provided by the "Lounge" package with such channels as Lust Pur and Hustler TV.
