Deutsche Telekom reduces its stake in Ströer SE & Co. KGaA

Deutsche Telekom Trust e.V., a trust that holds assets to fulfill the duties of Deutsche Telekom from corporate pension schemes, has reduced its shareholding in Ströer SE & Co KGaA from 11.3 percent to approximately 10.1 percent. The proceeds have been reinvested within Deutsche Telekom Trust e.V..

In addition, Deutsche Telekom Trust e.V. has sold call options on a further approximately 1.8 percent of its Ströer SE & Co. KGaA. stock with different maturities until December 2021 showing it believes in further share upsides.
