In his new role, Christoph Ahrendt will be responsible for both the Market Unit, Telekom IT, as well as Telekom Security. He joined Deutsche Telekom in 2002. Since that time, he has worked in a number of management positions, including Vivento and the Group Strategy unit. From 2009 until 2012 he served as Head of the Financial Performance Management unit for Deutsche Telekom AG. He has served as Head of Finance, Telekom IT since May 1, 2012.
Thilo Kusch joined the Group in 2001 to lead the planned IPO of T-Mobile International. From 2002, he was in charge of Investor Relations for the Deutsche Telekom Group during the debt reduction period. He became CFO of Magyar Telekom in 2006, where he played a key role in the turnaround of revenue and EBITDA. In 2013, as CEO of Makedonski Telekom, he was responsible for the successful completion of the first complete IP migration in Europe. He has served as Executive Board member Finance at
