- New: pan-European partnership between Airbnb and Deutsche Telekom
- Customer benefit: 30-euro voucher
Whether an apartment for a night, a castle for a week or a villa for a month: Airbnb offers something for everyone, in every price category and in more than 34,000 cities and 190 countries. Deutsche Telekom customers in all 13 European markets* will get a special deal this spring: each customer who registers with Airbnb through Deutsche Telekom will receive a voucher worth 30 euros.
"Airbnb is a pioneer and trailblazer in the sharing economy. The concept perfectly reflects our brand promise, 'Life is for sharing'," says Niek-Jan van Damme, Board Member Deutsche Telekom and responsible for Innovation. "Through our partnership, we can give our customers a great benefit with the 30-euro voucher." With this new partnership the Deutsche Telekom continues its strategic approach to realize innovation by cooperations ("win with partners").
"We are happy to have such a strong partner as Deutsche Telekom on our side," says Christopher Cederskog, Regional Manager Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Southeast Europe at Airbnb. "The partnership will allow us to focus even more on mobile devices and address new users throughout Europe."
The Airbnb app will come preinstalled on all Android devices sold starting this spring. The promotions in the individual countries will also be launched this spring.
