The from the Shareholder’s meeting last approved remuneration report has undergone a formal audit by the auditor Deloitte GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, München. The audit opinion resulting from this audit is provided in full at the end of the remuneration report.
In addition, the recommendations of the German Corporate Government Code (GCGC) were met, with the exception of recommendation C.5 (Maximum number of supervisory board mandates), which is in any case not directly linked to Board of Management or Supervisory Board remuneration.
