Rodrigo Diehl, born in 1975, nationality German, joined the Board of Management of Deutsche Telekom Group on March 1, 2025. He is responsible for the German business and spokesperson of the management of Telekom Deutschland GmbH.

Since October 2022, he has been CEO of Magenta Austria, Deutsche Telekom's Austrian subsidiary. During this time, he has driven forward the expansion of the 5G and fiber-optic networks. Prior to that, he was responsible for Deutsche Telekom's European consumer business.

Before joining Deutsche Telekom, Rodrigo Diehl spent five years at the Miami-based telecommunications company Millicom. There, as Executive Vice President, he was initially responsible for day-to-day business and strategy (Chief Strategy Officer). Before joining Deutsche Telekom, he spent two and a half years as CEO of Millicom's national company in Panama.

Rodrigo Diehl worked as a partner in the telecommunications, media and technology division of consultancy McKinsey for 13 years, including a longer period of time in Germany. He graduated from the University of Buenos Aires with a degree in Business Administration and also holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.
