Precious metal for Telekom: Our company has now been awarded the Pride Champion Gold Seal. This award reflects our commitment to LGBTQIA+ rights and inclusion. Because we want everyone to be part of it - regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity. We want everyone to feel welcome and accepted for who they are. The LGBTQIA+ Diversity Performance Index of the UHLALA Group was established in 2021 and deals with the diversity management of large companies as well as small and medium-sized enterprises. Based on 75 questions divided into four categories, this auditing process allows a review of the current commitment and identifies potential for improvement.
