At the Sustainability Day 2022 on Wednesday, October 12, Deutsche Telekom underlines its ambitious sustainability goals under the motto "Walk the Talk". All members of the Board of Management will examine the topic of sustainability from their individual perspectives and agree that sustainability is a priority for Deutsche Telekom.
Deutsche Telekom has built its sustainability strategy on four pillars: climate neutrality, full circular economy, diversity and digital inclusion, and good corporate governance as a basis. The current geopolitical situation and social challenges make Telekom's ESG agenda - i.e. the consideration of environmental, social and governance criteria - all the more important. The Group sees these challenges as an opportunity to make the change to more sustainability even stronger and faster.
