Silver for Telekom in the Azubi Communication 2021 study
The 2021 Trainee Communication Study by Potentialpark and Ausbildung.de awarded Telekom 2nd place. With 6,000 responses, the students rated the online communication of 100 employers' career websites, online applications, mobile sites and social media platforms as top.
Career Website is top performer
In the latest Potentialpark Ranking 2021 for Digital Talent Attraction, the career website ranked first, which means it is Germany's best corporate website for potential candidates. Telekom also impressed with its other online channels in the categories of the study (Applying Online, Social Media and Mobile Communication), so that we took second place overall.
FOX Award for Youth Magazine reif
With its youth magazine “reif”, the school marketing team wins the FOX Award in gold for its efficient, digital communication concept. But the reif magazine was also able to convince with its analog printed version. For the visualization of the poster magazine, there was the FOX Award in silver on top. The journalistic quality and the preparation of the articles for the young target group, as well as the numbers and proof of effectiveness convinced the jury.

Germany's leading women's magazine BRIGITTE and the HR marketing experts from TERRITORY Embrace have chosen "The best employers for women" for the third time - and Deutsche Telekom has again received this award!
Best Recruiters Study: Telekom Receives Silver Seal of Approval
Best Recruiters looks at 1.300 top employers in German-speaking countries every year. The areas of online recruiting presence, online job advertisements, applicant handling and applicant feedback are analyzed from the applicant's perspective. We were awarded the silver seal of approval for above-average recruiting quality.
First Potentialpark 2020 Azubi Communications Study: Telekom is in the top ten
Deutsche Telekom is well positioned in online communication for apprentices! In cooperation with Ausbildung.de, Potentialpark collected 5,372 responses from pupils and examined the performance of 125 employers in the four core areas - Career Website, Mobile, Online Application and Social Media. Deutsche Telekom is in the top ten right away.

In this year's Potential Park Study 2020, the market research institute also certifies that we have excellent quality in our online communication for our candidates. We achieved a very good third place across all four subcategories of career website, mobile, online applying and social media.
Female Recruiting Award 2019
The "Female Recruiting Award" is presented annually at the women&work career fair and honours companies which, in the opinion of the fair visitors, have managed best in appealing to women and presenting themselves as attractive employers. The survey of career fair visitors thus gives us a direct impression of the mood of the visitors.

Deutsche Telekom is one of the most popular companies among German LinkedIn members and achieves 5th place in the Linkedin Top Companies in 2019. In trendence's current market research study, in which more than 20,000 pupils were surveyed throughout Germany, Telekom was named as one of the most attractive employers in Germany. We can be proud of this. The 1,300 new apprentices and dual students who have chosen their career path with us in 2018 can expect high-quality training and excellent prospects for the future.
Employer Branding Award Studenten 2018
At the Employer Branding Awards 2018, which are sponsored by the market research institute trendence, we were honored for our excellent approach to the target group of students. Decisive for the award is the adequate orientation of our employer branding and the use of the right communication channels with the right messages to the target group, e.g. our challenge-platform or our Open Work Space „CMD+O“ (German) .

Online channels are essential for recruitment communication for recruitment success and presentation as an attractive employer. That's why we're delighted that we could once again defend 2nd place in this year's Online Talent Communication study by Potentialpark. In the individual categories career website and social media, we were even able to place all competitors behind us.
