Your Tasks
Als Squad Lead GEOS (m/w/d) betreust Du in Deinem Zuständigkeitsbereich ein Team, das für einen Teilbereich einer umfangreichen Produktlösung zuständig sind. Zusätzlich nimmst Du die Rolle eines agilen Projektmanagers für alle Projekte in Deinem Team ein.
Zu Deinen Aufgaben zählen:
- Servant Leadership, personelle Führung für das Team
- Sicherstellen der agilen Zeremonien und Weiterentwicklung des agilen Mindsets
- Steuerung und Priorisierung der Aufgaben gemeinsam mit dem Team, Planung der Meilensteine agiler Projekte gemeinsam mit anderen Stakeholdern
- Sicherstellung der Qualität und Performance im Squad. Du förderst eine Kultur der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung und stellst sicher, dass der Squad seine Ziele erreicht.
- Aktives Wissensmanagement und fachliche Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeiter*innen in den Teams
Your Profile
Folgende Fähigkeiten bringst du mit:
- Abgeschlossene Fachhochschule/Universität, oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung mit agiler Software-Entwicklung (als Scrum Master, Product Owner oder andere involvierte Rolle)
- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung wünschenswert
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsskills, Geschick darin einen Rahmen vorzugeben, in dem sich das Team bewegen und selbstorganisiert arbeiten kann
- Gutes grundlegendes Verständnis von Softwareentwicklungsprozessen und -technologien
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort und in Vollzeit (38,5 Wochenstunden). Homeoffice ist bis zu 40% möglich. Für diese Position gilt ein kollektivvertragliches Mindestgrundgehalt von EUR 55.300,00,- brutto pro Jahr (für 38,5 Wochenstunden). Wir bieten darüber hinaus eine marktkonforme Überzahlung in Abhängigkeit von Qualifikation und Vorerfahrung sowie diverse SDS Benefits.
