Als Junior NAS Administrator Netapp (m/w/d) stellen Sie Kundenlösungen mit höchstmöglicher Verfügbarkeit und Leistungsfähigkeit sicher.
Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:
- Planung, Installation, Konfiguration und Sicherstellung des Betriebes von NetApp Storage Systemen im Enterprise-Environment
- Administration der NetApp Storage Systeme mit den erforderlichen betrieblichen Werkzeugen und kontinuierliches Patchmanagement
- Incident- und Problem Management, Zusammenarbeit mit dem Hersteller
- Capacity- und Change-Management für die betriebenen Umgebungen
- Durchführung des 2nd-Level-Services nach ITIL unter Einbindung weiterer Leistungserbringer (3rd-Level)
Your Profile
Des Weiteren bringen Sie folgende Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten mit:
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich NetApp Storage und MetroCluster
- Grundlegendes Verständnis zu ITIL Prozessen (Incident,- Problem,- Change Management)
- Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse und fundierte praktische Erfahrung in analytischer, methodischer und ziel- und ergebnisorientierter Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Bereitschaft zur Teilnahme am Rufbereitschaftsdienst 7*24 Stunden und Übernahme von Tätigkeiten auch außerhalb der regelmäßigen Arbeitszeit
