Als Head of Digital Sales Mobility, Transport & Logistik sind Sie für das Sales Team in diesem Bereich verantwortlich:
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung des Teams Digital Sales Mobility, Transport & Logistik
- Planung des Personal- und IT-Budgets
- Personalentwicklung, Zielmanagement und Recruiting
- Netzwerkpflege und Managementkontakte im Bereich Verkehrsunternehmen, Flughäfen und Logistik im deutschsprachigen Raum
- Abstimmung und Steuerung der Kommunikation mit internen und externen Kontakten, Kunden und Technologiepartnern
Your Profile
- Mehr als 8 Jahre Führungserfahrung im IT-Bereich mit Schwerpunkt Sales und Partnermanagement
- Langjährige Erfahrung in der Verhandlungsführung mit Einkaufsorganisationen und Entscheidungsträgern
- Branchenkenntnisse und Netzwerk in Rail, Public Transport, Flughäfen und Logistik
- Fundiertes IT-Wissen in MTL-spezifischen Lösungen
- Erfahren in der Leitung nationaler und internationaler Teams
- Vertriebliche Erfahrung in der Begleitung und dem Abschluss komplexer Projekte sowie in der Führung von Selling-Teams
