Ihr Ziel ist es, unsere mittelständigen Geschäftskunden 360° in IT, Prozessdigitalisierung, vor allem in Kombination mit Festnetz und Mobilfunk weiterzuentwickeln.
Als "Account Manager (m/w/d) IT" übernehmen Sie folgende Aufgaben:
- Beratung und Verkauf von IT/Cloud Produkten und IT-Services und kundenorientierten Lösungen
- Ihre Mitarbeit als Teil eines Sellingteams bestehend aus Account Manager, Telefonischer Account Manager, Mobilfunk Account Manager
- Analyse von Kundenanforderungen, Erarbeitung von individuellen Lösungskonzepten und -angeboten und Präsentation der Ergebnisse und Konzepte bei ihren Geschäftskunden
- Mitarbeit bei der Akquise von neuen Projekten und Steuerung sowie Koordination der Umsetzung von komplexen IT-Projekten
Your Profile
Für diese Position bringen Sie ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik oder ähnlich mit. Auch eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung, z.B. als Kaufmann für IT-Systemmanagement, IT-Systemkaufmann, IT-Systemelektroniker, Fachinformatik für Systemintegration oder ähnlich sind von Vorteil. Möglich wäre auch eine bereits 3 Jahren Berufserfahrung für die Besetzung der Position. Vorrangig verfügen Sie bereits über Kenntnisse aus der ITC (information and telecommunication technology) Branche mit Schwerpunkt Consulting und Sales.

- Breites IT-Know-how und gute Kenntnisse über SD-WAN, SASE, On-Premises, Hybrid-/Private-/Public-Cloud
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse über die IT & Cloud Themenschwerpunkte wie Konnektivität > IT Infrastruktur Cloud & onPrem > Modern Workplace > Business Applikationen > Digitale Geschäftsprozesse & Geschäftsmodelle sowie IT-Security
- Begeisterung für IT-Beratung/-Verkauf sowie für digitale Innovationen und Trends
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Freude an Kundenkontakten/-beziehungen
- Bereitschaft zu Geschäftsreisen (national) mit E-Auto
- Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch (C3-Level) und gutes Englisch (B2-Level)
