T-Systems is Top Employer 2024 in Germany

T-Systems is Top Employer 2024 and was certified as one of 160 Top Employer companies in Germany. The Top Employers Institute awarded the Telekom subsidiary for the second time in a row.

The Top Employers Institute examines the HR processes, working and development conditions for employees of the participating companies based on twenty HR topics, such as talent acquisition, learning, health offers and much more. With the help of a comprehensive questionnaire and audit procedure, strengths and potential for improvement are identified.

T-Systems is once again a certified Top Employer.

T-Systems scored points with many topics. In 17 out of 20 areas related to the world of work, the company is above the German benchmark. Full marks were given to Work Environment, Ethics & Integrity, Leadership, Digital HR, Employer Branding and Organisation & Change. Compared to the other participating companies, T-Systems also stands out when it comes to career development.
