T-Systems becomes a sponsor of Heilbronn University of Applied Sciences. The company is investing in the training of IT specialists in future-oriented topics such as digitalization, cloud, security, artificial intelligence, and much more.

T-Systems relies on close cooperation with universities. From now on, the Deutsche Telekom subsidiary will support the teaching and training of IT specialists in Heilbronn, an up-and-coming AI location in Germany. The goal: to inspire talent and promote innovation.

In the future, students will be able to study in the T-Systems lecture hall on the Sontheim campus or take part in practical lectures, study excursions and events organised by the IT service provider. The focus of the "Expert Day" is on the exchange of experts. Students gain insights into current developments within the IT industry, into exciting projects and case studies. They make contacts for their career and build valuable networks.

"This significant commitment fosters the link between academic success and economic growth. We are looking forward to the intensified cooperation with T-Systems and appreciate the associated recognition as a high-quality educational institution," says Rector of Heilbronn University of Applied Sciences, Professor Oliver Lenzen.

Both sides are striving for a long-term partnership, also in view of the rapid development in the field of artificial intelligence (AI). Currently, Heilbronn University of Applied Sciences already offers numerous IT courses.

T-Systems is looking forward to getting students excited about the world of technology and developing ideas and projects together. The company offers a wealth of opportunities to develop and deepen specialist knowledge. From working with leading cloud platforms to designing innovative digital solutions for complex problems, there is always something new to learn and discover.
